What’s up?! It’s Chris, “The Drone Geek!” Welcome to my new website and blog!
The last 6 years have been insanely busy for me in the world of drones. Starting from the bottom of the industry as your average hobbyist just fiddling around with a drone he got for Christmas to working hand-in-hand with some of the world’s leading drone manufacturers. It has been nothing short of an incredible experience and I am excited to see what comes next for me during this rewarding journey.
On that note, here we are! I outline my experiences in the world of drones on “The Drone Geek” page so you can get an idea of what I have seen already on this path. Part of that outline provides some information about when I established The Drone Geek brand and the social platforms on which I manifested it. Today marks the official launch of a new facet to The Drone Geek in the form of my own personalized blog and resource center.
I will still continue to write for The Droning Company and will be open to other partnerships and affiliations in the future if they make for the right fit with me and The Drone Geek brand. This blog will serve largely as a hub for what is going on with my social media platforms and the content I am producing as well as an unfiltered forum for my thoughts and reflections both on my career and its events as well as events happening within the world of drones and drone technology.
I have established a content schedule and calendar that I intend to stick to moving forward. In the coming weeks we will begin posting to YouTube twice-weekly on The Drone Geek as well as more consistent posts on weekdays for our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. I know in the past I have not been as consistent as I would like and as I am sure you would like me to, but that all changes now!
Thank you, as always, for being a part of the ride with me. We will keep pushing and keep striving to grow The Drone Geek army and make more and more engaging and fun content!
